Problem Child is a speakeasy built around one idea: chaos on purpose. Their color palette changes every three months, and so do the drink menus. Nothing about them is meant to stay still. When a concept this deliberately loud ends up with generic content, it kills the whole thing. We came in to make sure that didn't happen.
The brief was simple: do not make normal content. Problem Child's identity is built on provocation and unpredictability, so the content had to match. We pushed away from the usual F&B playbook. No soft lighting, no "hidden gem" captions, no influencer walkthroughs.
Instead, we built visuals around tension and strangeness. Things that make you stop and look twice. The kind of content where you're not sure what you just watched, but you watched the whole thing. We leaned into the shifting color identity, treating each shoot as its own era, matching the mood of whatever version of Problem Child was live at that time.

The content gave Problem Child an online presence that actually matched what they are offline. Unpredictable, a little uncomfortable, and hard to ignore. It stopped looking like a bar that hired someone to post for them and started looking like a brand that knew exactly what it was doing.
